All The Is Possible With
The Reality Is That Divorce Can Be Expensive.
The more fighting = the longer it takes = the more expensive it can be.
Divorce Q&A sessions will provide you the legal advice and
completed forms you need at a set price you can afford.
Here's How It Works:
After your purchase, you will receive a welcome email with a link to an online, detailed intake form. This form must be completed prior to our first session so that we don’t have to waste time going through all your background information;
-
Immediately after your purchase, you can schedule a one-hour session with me;
-
You pay as you go – whenever you need a session!
But that’s not it!
-
For your convenience, our sessions can be exercised via telephone or Skype. This is great if you can’t take the time off work to meet with me. We can Skype over your lunch break! This is also useful if you are located in central or northern NJ or out of State.
-
I’ll also provide you with a checklist of things that you should be sure to address during your divorce.
You'll Be Learning All Of This Information From Me:
I’m Kelly McGriff, a New Jersey attorney who focuses my practice exclusively on the area of Family Law.
During the 10 years I’ve been practicing family law, one thing that I’ve noticed is that Divorces can be expensive. Even an uncontested divorce could cost a couple thousand dollars. Just because you can’t afford to pay a few thousand dollars doesn’t mean that you should have to simply fend for yourself and try to navigate your way through a divorce with no legal advice or assistance.
That’s why I’ve proudly created this service with an affordable, flat fee that you can purchase on an as-needed basis.
If you hired or called an attorney every time you had a question, you would be paying between $300-$500 per call!
And if you wanted forms, that's easily hundreds more!
Not to mention those attorneys would not have an ongoing relationship with you and be familiar with your case. That means you would spend a significant chunk of your one-hour consultation just providing your background information or reminding the attorney who you are, which cheats you out of a full one-hour Q&A session. Not with the Divorce Q&A sessions!
With Divorce Q&A Sessions, You Get:
- An overview of the entire divorce process so you know where you are currently and where you still have left to go;
- Completed PDF templates (just print and sign, I'll take care of the rest);
- An easy to use reference guide for all those confusing Divorce terms;
- A 1-on-1 call with a licensed, knowledgeable attorney that will be geared towards your current position in your divorce case (say goodbye to overwhelm and trying to learn it all at once – we will focus on what’s relevant to you at that time rather than what to expect 6 months down the road!);
- Legal advice on what to do (and what not to do); and
- Review of Divorce related documents.
